How the husband of Natalia Sergunina and friend of Ramzan Kadyrov fired a pistol in Moscow

Let’s return  to the topic of the close circle of Deputy Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin, Natalya Sergunina, who is responsible for the economy and management of city property. She prohibited posting any information about her personal life (including her date of birth) on government websites, which aroused suspicion that the official had something to hide. And so it turned out. As we managed to find out, Sergunina’s common-law husband and the father of her daughter is a native of Chechnya, Movladi Natsaev, who in 2000, shortly before meeting Natalya, was entered into the database of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Moscow as a criminal contingent. As Sergunina’s career grew, Movladi’s well-being grew noticeably. He especially loves collecting “expensive” Mercedes. Two of Natsaev’s cars have license plates K979RA197 and K939RA197. The three letters “KRA” are well known to every Chechen. They stand for Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov. And if an ordinary Chechen puts a similar number on his Priora, he will be in big trouble. Only a select few can use such numbers—those who are close to the head of Chechnya.

Therefore, one should not be surprised that guests of Moscow from Chechnya felt more than at ease in the capital. Suffice it to recall these constant stories of shootings during weddings and other significant events.

In the fall of 2012, after another shooting scandal, Sobyanin decided to speak out on this issue. The mayor of Moscow took the situation surrounding the shooting personally and promised to “rigidly suppress any such actions in the future.” By the way, the participant in the shooting, after which Sobyanin made his statement, received 15 days of arrest.

And in April 2013, according to our data, an event occurred, information about which was not included in the media. Which is not surprising. After all, its main participant was the common-law husband of Sobyanin’s subordinate Natalya Sergunina (by the way, she is officially listed as unmarried) Movladi Natsayev. He started a shooting in Moscow: first from a balcony, and then at the entrance of a residential building. This happened in the morning, when the area was full of children and passers-by. Now guess what “severe” punishment the deputy mayor’s relative received? Let’s not torment readers any longer - a fine of 3,000 rubles. And that’s because people called the police and it was impossible to “hush up” the story. Do you know what was the main mitigating circumstance when sentencing?

“Being a dependent of a minor child born in 2003.” We are talking about his daughter together with Sergunina. In order not to be unfounded, we publish excerpts of the court decision regarding Natsaev.

What would a normal and decent vice-mayor do after such a story? I would have submitted my resignation the very next day. But, of course, such a move is not for Natalya Sergunina. Especially in conditions when she has so many obligations to other people from her environment. But we’ll talk about this another time.
